2021 Teen Apprentice Application & Interviews

Applying for the Teen Apprentice Program is a four-step process. These steps must happen in order. 

  1. Check out our website and see if the Teen Apprenticeship is right for you.
  2. Enroll online.
  3. Fill out this online application.
  4. Schedule an interview with mgill@levinemusic.org

Your online registration number can be found on your receipt after enrolling. It is 7 digits, followed by a . and 2 more digits. For example: 1234567.89

Applicants who apply after March 20th will be notified of their acceptance status on a rolling basis.  


This section is specifically for the Teen Apprentice applicants to fill out. 

We understand that parents may need to provide input on contact info, interview dates and times, etc but the questions should all be answered by the teen applicant.

Interview Schedules

Camp staff will reach out to you about scheduling your interview after both your application and registration have been confirmed. You can expect interviews to take place in early March, in small groups, and through Zoom.
